pedro macedo – acoustic and electric bass

initiated his electric bass studies in 1980 with the professor carlos vieira and in 1985 he started his acoustic bass studies with sandor molnar jr., ricardo busato and a0lexandre rosa. in 1989 pedro macedo started to study with henrique autran dourado at the municipal music school and received a scholarship from the symphonic juvenile orchestra (usp), coursing for his bachelor degree, still with the professor henrique dourado since than pedro has taken part in many small orchestras and played with many different artists with various styles: rita ribeiro, ceumar, klébi, suzana sales, fábio cardelli, roberto sion and torres big band, luiz gayotto, remo pellegrini, andré hosoi, grupo barbatuques, among others.
